Questions agents ask
What do I get for free?
Your first listing campaign: a 20-second listing video made from your photos, a Just Listed post and a Story, with captions ready to paste. No card needed. One free campaign per person.
What do I need to start?
The listing address or link, or your own photos. The video uses six different photos of the home, inside and out. For your branding: your name, brokerage, phone, email and license number. A headshot is optional.
How long does it take?
A few minutes. We make and check each scene, then put your video together. Keep ListLit open on that screen while the final video is assembled (about 20 seconds).
Does ListLit add anything to the home?
We never add furniture, people or views. AI camera motion can bend lines or shift small details, so every AI scene is checked against your photo, and we use your original photo when a scene doesn’t match. AI scenes carry a small “AI-generated motion” label. Review your video before you share it.
Can I use my MLS photos?
Listing photos usually belong to the photographer. You need the owner’s permission to use them for your marketing, including video and AI-edited versions. A photo on Zillow, the MLS or a brokerage site is not permission by itself. See the Photo Rights Policy.
What does it cost after the free campaign?
Listing Agent is $29 a month (about 2 videos, 2 carousels and 35 posts or Stories). Active Agent is $59 and Top Producer is $99 a month. Annual billing saves 20%. Just one listing? One Listing is $29 once, with no subscription. A video uses 210 credits, a carousel 20, and a post or Story 5.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in Account, Plans & credits. It takes one step, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. See our refund policy.
Where can I post what I make?
Anywhere you market listings: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube. You get a vertical video for Reels and Stories, a feed post and a wide version. On iPhone, tap Save to Photos, then copy the caption.
Is my marketing compliant?
Posts carry your name, brokerage, contact details, license number and the Equal Housing Opportunity logo, and ListLit flags missing advertising details before you post. Your MLS and state rules still apply, so check anything your broker requires.
Do I need to download an app?
No. ListLit works in your phone or computer browser. On iPhone you can add it to your Home Screen so it opens like an app.
What if a video fails?
If a scene fails, its credits come back automatically, and you are never charged twice for the same scene. If something still looks wrong, send us a note from Account, Feedback and we’ll respond the same day.
Still stuck? Use Account, Feedback in the app. Read the Terms, Privacy Policy and Photo Rights Policy.
