Buyers can ask about a home right on your listing page: schedule a showing or ask a question. You see who, what they said, and one tap to call, text or email.
A bell in the top corner shows what your listings need: a new inquiry, your seller opening your page, a Story to post, a price check, an under contract or sold post.
New price? Enter it once. Your listing, your listing page and your New Price post update together. Same for under contract and sold.
Turn on phone notifications in the ListLit app on your Home Screen. At most one a day, never at night.
Know who’s watching
Your listing page now shows where views come from: the link you send your seller, Instagram, Facebook, texts, email or a QR code.
Taps on your phone number from your listing page are counted, so you can see buyers reaching out.
ListLit learns how you write captions: the closing line you add, the hashtags you remove and the style you pick. Your next captions start that way. See it, or clear it, on My brand.
Shared ListLit links now show a preview image.
ListLit
Listly is now ListLit: same app, new name and a new spotlight look.
Two video styles: Cinematic, a slow camera push through each room, and Dynamic, a forward glide.
Typed addresses with or without a unit, “East” or “E”, and lot numbers are found more reliably.
Smoother on your phone
Add ListLit to your Home Screen and sign in inside the app.
Save to Photos works directly on iPhone for videos and Stories.
If you open a ListLit link inside Instagram or Facebook, you’re shown how to continue in Safari or Chrome.
Campaigns, not just videos
Create a whole campaign for a listing at once: video, Just Listed post, Story, Open House post and flyer.
Your listing page: one link with the video, photos and your contact details, to send your seller instead of a file.
What’s next: ListLit suggests the next post a listing needs, like an open house or a new price.
